Our philosophy is simple: coffee is more than what’s in the cup. It’s a feeling, the ritual and the connection it creates with our community.
Since 2012, we’ve been roasting on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, working closely with cafés, baristas and home brewers to deliver consistent, well-crafted coffee that fits seamlessly into every routine.
Founded by Adam, Little Italy was built on a simple goal - to share good coffee and support the people behind it. Over time, that has grown beyond roasting to helping cafés refine their coffee, train their teams and build simple systems that keep things running smoothly day to day.
WE BUILD CONFIDENT BARISTAS
Our hands-on barista training is about far more than just perfecting the pour. Designed to build confidence, consistency and a deeper understanding of coffee, our sessions cover every stage of the brewing process - from understanding extraction, grind size and dosage, through to milk texturing, workflow and latte art techniques.
Whether you’re just starting out, refining your home setup, or training an entire café team, our approach is practical, approachable and tailored to your experience level. Learn on café-quality equipment in a relaxed, supportive environment while gaining the skills needed to create consistently great coffee every day.
