Cold Brew at Home – Our Go-To Recipe (75g/L)
This is our simple, reliable cold brew recipe using either of our filter roasts. It highlights sweetness, clarity and origin character without bitterness.
What You’ll Need

75g freshly ground coffee (coarse grind – French press style)

1 litre cold, filtered water

A jar, jug or cold brew maker

Fine sieve or paper filter
Ratio
75g coffee per 1 litre of water
This ratio produces a smooth, balanced cold brew that’s ready to drink over ice without needing heavy dilution.
Method

Add 75g of coarse-ground coffee to your brewing vessel.

Pour over 1 litre of cold water, ensuring all grounds are evenly saturated.

Give it a gentle stir.

Cover and steep in the fridge for 12–18 hours.

Strain through a fine sieve or paper filter to remove all grounds.
To Serve

Pour over ice
