The times are changing, more people are trying their hand at homemade coffee making and becoming home baristas that might now limit how often they visit a cafe for “Barista Made” brews, maybe looking forward to it as a weekend treat. 🤷🏻♀️ 🤷🏼
But… This can be a good thing for your business! 🥳
By having an area in your cafe, that is on the customer's side of your coffee bar, dedicated purely to retail, you can be the person that those keen-bean enthusiasts can turn to for all of their coffee making needs!
It needn't be a huge commitment either. A simple set of shelves displaying a range of 1kg and 250g size coffee blends, single origin and filter offerings alongside an AeroPress or two, a Mokapot and maybe a V60 brewer (all of which Little Italy Coffee Roasters can supply on consignment for you) should be enough to help your current and new customers source great coffee and brewing equipment while making it easier than ever for them to support your business!
