The indicators on the jug will turn from green to black as the liquid inside reaches each temperature milestone and will give the barista a more accurate indication of liquid temperature.

Ensure that the sticker is placed on a dry surface and low enough on the jug that it is below the surface of the milk. Remember to place it on the side that is easiest for you to read.
