Sourced from the highlands of Wegida in Yirgacheffe, this natural-processed coffee is produced by Nigist Girmachew at around 2,200 m above sea level. Made up of JARC selections and Ethiopian heirloom varietals developed by the Jimma Agricultural Research Center, the coffee showcases Ethiopia’s signature clarity and fruit expression. In the cup, expect berries, stone fruit, honey-like sweetness, and a clean, wine-like finish.
