Please note - all training sessions are a maximum of 3 people to ensure a 'hands-on' type of training and to have better interaction and interest of our students.
Please ensure you have completed the Beginners Barista Course first as this course is a pathway program.*
This training is all about going further from our beginner's course. After understanding the fundamentals of a great extraction, we teach you to add value and taste through milk texturing and presentation skills through latte art. We know that customers value tasty but also visually beautiful coffee, so this course teaches you the best of both worlds!
This course covers:
- Advanced milk texturing techniques
- Pouring techniques
- Understanding jug sizes and splitting
- Latte art techniques
At the end of this course, our intention is for you to be able to optimise coffee extraction, troubleshoot grinder issues and develop your latte art skills. Implementing your learnings from this course on a daily basis will enhance your skills further!
